Mary is an excellent colorist!! I started seeing her earlier this year and she completely transformed my hair. I previously had an at home bleach job that was quite brassy and grown out. Mary was able to lighten and tone it beautifully! The salon is a nice environment too and everyone is so nice. Mary listens to what I want and gives suggestions to keep me looking my best. I will be coming back to this salon regularly now ♡

Had been thinking about getting my hair done for a minute now and finally decided on going here based on how many reviews there were as well as how many stars it has, and needless to say Mary did an absolutely amazing job!!! Went from having really long hair that I had been growing out for years, to a style that I had picked from an animated series I watch. Mary went above and beyond, made sure I was comfortable, and walked through the steps of what was getting done. I will definitely be coming back for more cutting and coloring!! 100/10 recommend!!

I’ve been a client of Brighten’s at Guilty Pleasure for almost a year now. Cannot recommend it enough. The salon is always very clean and the general vibe is a 10/10. Brighten is incredibly talented and amazing, and perfectly balances the line between professionalism and friendliness. She is wonderful at making you feel comfortable and relaxed, and her rapport is off the charts. We’ve never had a moment of awkward silence, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I appreciate that my stylist is willing to go above and beyond, even if it means staying an hour after closing time. My hair always comes out exactly how I want, and I know she’d do everything in her power to fix it if not. COME HERE AND REQUEST BRIGHTEN IF YOURE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING VIVID STYLIST!!!

I love this salon and the woman I met there. Mary did an amazing job on my hair I love it. I always am nervous having someone new do my hair cause my hair is everything to me. I will be back there today for more services. Clean environment and very sweet to the customer. I was at work one day and a lady came in with the most gorgeous hair I’d ever seen, so i asked her where she got it done and she recommended me to Brighton and she was literally the best hair stylist I’ve ever went to!! I had black box dye in my hair and wanted to go back to color, which I know is a terrifying thought for hair stylists, and she was able to lighten my hair way way more than we both thought! She was very professional and fun to talk to and she definitely knows what she’s talking about! She’s also just the biggest sweetheart ❤️ 10000% recommend her

I feel my hair was overpriced at $200 for what I asked for vs what I got. But that wasn’t even what really bugged me. I ran errands all day after my appointment and didn’t realize until I got home that I had hair dye all over the back of my shirt. It felt incredibly unprofessional for my girl not to tell me the dye was there. So now I have very meh hair and a ruined shirt. Disappointed.
