At 47, I had my first ever massage with Janell on Wednesday. She was amazing. It was the first time I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders and neck as she massaged away my anxiety. She used just the right amount of pressure at just the right places. I was able to get the first night of restful sleep in I can’t remember how long. Thank you, Janell for being phenomenal. I have had massages in a few different places locally until I landed with Janell at Guided Hands. She is phenomenal! I have had some very bad back issues and being pregnant, it is important to find someone with the right touch. Janell uses the perfect amount of pressure and stretching to bring me relief without making me feel ill after like I experienced elsewhere. I am so grateful to have found someone with the perfect touch and will continue to see her every two weeks until I am due, and I am sure I will continue regularly after pregnancy as well.
