Christine is absolutely amazing. I’ve had many massages in the area and christine has by far been the best experience. Her studio is quiet and calm and she works with you to make your massage tailored to you! She’s also a great converser if you enjoy chatting!! Great place highly recommend

I saw Chris for the first time today. I was in terrible shape when I walked in the door. I knew within the first couple minutes of her working on me that I had come to the right place. I’ve had massages in the past that were relaxing, but wimpy. Chris has strong hands and worked out the knots. I scheduled another appointment for next week and I can’t wait to get back. I am relaxed and pain free for the first time in weeks.

Chris is good people. She’ll make you feel comfortable and ask you exactly what you’re looking for in case there are specific trigger points. You can tell she really enjoys her job. If you’re in the mood to talk she’ll talk, if not she’ll leave you alone. Perfect if you’re not into chatting it up during your relaxation period. Highly, highly recommended.

The owner is awesome, really calming and I can tell she is doing as much as possible during the session so no time is wasted. I got the therapeutic massage and ended up getting a package. I have fibromyalgia and I can tell she was very knowledgeable about the effects on the body and how to heal the pain. Best massage i’ve Ever had- can’t wait to go back! She Used bio freeze during the massage which was a nice little touch as well

Guided Hands always offers a good experience in a comfortable environment. This is not a luxury pampering spa experience that has hammy decor and staff with all black dress codes; this is a small business with qualified, responsive massage therapists that get to know their clients and care for their well being. I’ll take the latter any day.
