I’ve been here twice once in the Hartford salon and once in the Rocky Hill salon. I’m very disappointed because I’m not from around here so I was looking for a salon that would become my regular place. I read the reviews and had high expectations but both times I’ve gotten my hair cut here and although the salons are beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly I don’t leave feeling like I got what I asked for. First of all the hair cuts are already overpriced for the quality of service. I wouldn’t mind spending 40-50 on a haircut if I felt like it was worth it. I asked for a cut and layers which they quoted me at $40 over the phone. The person that cut my hair cut off maybe an inch and framed my face and had a really hard time styling it then charged me $50. Although they did refund me $10 but I still feel like 40 was way too much when I didn’t leave happy, he didn’t give me what I asked for and it just didn’t look that great. I definitely would not recommend this salon and I would not spend my money here anymore it definitely was not a $40 haircut. When I go to a salon I want to leave feeling better than when I came in and I just left feeling very unimpressed.

Salon is very nice, stylist was friendly, I explained what I didn’t like about my present color (I has done a poor at home job) and what I wanted, but it did not come out to my liking. I was not happy the color of my highlights. I told her exactly what I didn’t like about the shade, and what I wanted, but she said oh it will wash out, just call me in a week if you aren’t happy, I repeated I am not happy now, but she just repeated to call her in a week.
