Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came to this salon based off of google reviews. I had my nails done from a different salon and they were awful. They chipped and the gel polish rubbed off and never dried fully (I didn’t realize this until the night of getting them done) so they looked rough. The tech asked if I got them done there I told him no this is my first time and when Jackie switched off with him to shape my nails she checked with me throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy. The tech that painted my nails did amazing as well. Each person I came into contact with was very caring and were happy to service me. I will definitely be returning. I came to this salon based off of google reviews. I had my nails done from a different salon and they were awful. They chipped and the gel polish rubbed off and never dried fully (I didn’t realize this until the night of getting them done) so they looked rough. They are THIEVES, 2 days before I ask how much for Reshape and GEL color, they told me that it would be 30 dlls to change the color (GEL) and reshape. when I come back 2 days later I told the “lady” that only regular color no GEL, she was upset as it is cheaper, the whole time I was there, she was angry, because she didn’t want to pay extra for GEL. In the end she charged me for GEL, she told me that I had to pay before she finished, and when she charged me the 30 dlls she laughed and told everyone the work there how much she had charged me, they forgot the I ask before. THIEVES AND ABUSIVE. And on top of everything horrible nail polish. I made sure the was dry before anything, 3 hours later my polish was just BAD

I am very happy with the service I got. My nails came out amazing and i felt like they truly took their time. The man who did my pedicure took his time and dod a great job overall. I had my appointment at 6 when they closed at 7 and did not feel rushed at all. Eyebrows came out really good and the lady that did them actually advised me on how to get them thicker because the last business I went to thinned them out. I am very happy with everything and will be making this my new spot. Thank you guys!!

They also did a great job on my friends nails & were friendly. I was surprised by the pricing because it seemed so cheap for the quality. I went in to get a simple SNS on my natural nail, and 2 weeks later i had fungus on my nails. I let the manager know and they said they would pay for my medical treatment due to the fungus i got at their shop( mind you i should have ran right out the shop whend the nail tech didn’t grab a new pack of tools, or the fact that she made srcub my previous SNS off myself in a bag of cotton nail polish remover. Oh and the cleanliness was pretty poor!). Once i was done with my treatments and i sent them my medical invoice, they went back on their word and told me to sue them. Who does that? I will never come back to the nail shop ever again, and neither should you!
