Critical: QualityMy 1st time here and will not be going back.. First the lady that attended to me was polite but come to find out I overpaid for what I did not get. I paid $60 and she rushed to get to the next person. Was shocked when she just applied acrylic polish on my feet and hands and didn’t even clean my feet. My 1st time here and will not be going back.. First the lady that attended to me was polite but come to find out I overpaid for what I did not get. I paid $60 and she rushed to get to the next person. Was shocked when she just applied acrylic polish on my feet and hands and didn’t even clean my feet. Went into this shop at 5:05pm on 4/20/2022. I was told that they couldn’t see me because “they’re full” and they had more customers coming in. There were only two other customers in the shop. I’ve been to the shop a few times with no issues. I will not be returning.

I would not recommend going to this place I sat in here 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I got seated I told the lady I wanted a fill she try to persuade me to get my nails taken off to put a full set on. When I said I didn’t want that and showed her the style I wanted she refused my service and I had to leave without my nails being done. Wasted my time.

I have been coming here for a little over a year and I came in this morning around 10 and the person I usually go to was busy. So she told me the gentleman had an appointment at 10. It is now 10:40 and his appointment has not shown up and he is still sitting in the back..He now comes out to repair another ladies nail like I have not been sitting here. I am so mad my last time here I promise.

I have never felt bad about myself because of having psoriasis, but the woman at this salon seemed real intent on making sure that I did. I walked out without a pedicure after being talked to rudely multiple times and I will never be back here. I have never been forced to interact with someone so rude and ignorant and I am glad that I probably never will again.

Went in, the place is nice and clean and I though I would have a nice experience—I was wrong. The lady put my nails on and I told her they looked crooked, she insisted she would fix them so j let her continue. She filed them and I told her I still didn’t like the way they looked, again she said they wouldn’t look that way…get to the end and I told her I completely hated my left hand and two fingers on my right and she huffed and called over another lady who told me my fingers were crooked. I’ve never had this problem with any other salon before and for 37 dollars plus tip, I will never be back!

This place is HORRIBLE! The first time I went they did my nails and toes in under 40 min and my nails were lumpy and supposed to be French tip SNS and they looked dirty and lumpy. They wanted to charge an additional charge for wanting my nails filed “coffin” shape which takes no more effort to do square or round. $5 extra dollars for everything! Refused me the gel lay over and said I HAD TO use gel polish on all my toes which would make my pedicure an additional $20! I swore to never go back! The second time was an accident and I never even got past the door! They didn’t greet me and I sat and waited at 3:00 on a Tuesday for 15 and got NO acknowledgement! A second lady walked in behind me and didn’t get acknowledged either! I wouldn’t recommend even giving this place a shot!

Love GT Nails! They are busy (because they are GOOD).. I’ve used a few OTHER SALONS that were sub par (not clean OR not enough staff) but haven’t had that at GT!! As long as they don’t change I WILL BE A CUSTOMER!!

My husband likes this nail shop. He is a male senior with sensitive toes, so him stating he likes this shop is something. His toe nails are like hardwood, I’m sure they bring out the chainsaw to do them. Joking. He even has the name of a specific girl in his phone that he prefers.
