Critical: QualityMy nails weren’t filed to the same shape and when I asked to fix it, it was still messed up. I got a gel manicure and asked for a gold color on my ringer finger. The gold they picked out was a clear with gold sparkles so you can see through the sparkles to my clear nail while all the other nails are a solid color. There is polish on my skin around the nails, the gel polish was smudged before I even got out of the chair, and my ring finger has spots of the nail polish from the other fingers on it. I’m so disappointed. What a waste of $80. I love Andy and his mom. They are both VERY sweet and friendly. Andy does my nails. They always look amazing, last along time, and he doesn’t take forever to do them! His mom gives the best pedicures. She also draws the most beautiful designs. Their prices are very fair. And, the establishment is very clean.

Well I booked an appointment for a Friday or Saturday can’t remember but when I came for my appointment they said they never booked me then I told them my name and the time and then they said they canceled it very rude service I got no help what’s so ever they didn’t even let me know before they had cancelled my appointment without me knowing. Tried booking another time came in I was 5 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment once again. Wouldn’t go back here they over book and cancel appointments them come up with stories. The guy even looked in his book and I was in it and then he just told me he cancelled it. I was not very happy definitely rude service

Had to call a friend to come bring cash. They were both so focused on the tv that I got polish on the top of my foot nowhere close to my toes. They do a good job. Today my daughter and i went and got a pedicure. We were there half hour at the most and it cost $60.00 for each and we gave a $20.00 Tip. So it cost $140.00 to have a 20 min pedicure. Gell polish but $60.00 each. Im not going there again or anywhere that charges more then $35.00 for a pedicure!
