I’ve been here twice now, and both times my hair looked good. This time I had MELISSA and she was AMAZING! She works so fast, and somehow still does an amazing job. She fit me in when maybe she shouldn’t have. And even though she was in a bit of a time crunch, she still styled my hair. She left no detail unfinished. She communicated. She’s a delight to be around, and I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been here in the past and had good results, however this is not my usual salon. I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a small trim as I am growing out my hair and just wanted to clean up the ends. I explained that my reception was coming up and that I wanted a small trim of about 1 inch. Karen asked if it was OK to take off a little more than an inch, which i said would be fine. When I agreed to a little I expected that it might be 2 inches instead of the 1 inch that I requested. Wow was I surprised when my hair that used to reach to my midback now is not longer than my shoulder blades. It took me a very long time to grow my hair out so long and will likely take my hair a year to recover from this unwanted chop. My hair is now too short to fit into my reception updo as planned. The only response I got when I said that it was short was “it’s still long”. I paid for my hair cut and left, I will never return. Weeks later and I still don’t like this haircut.

Paid over $100 for them to do my hair. The stylist rushed through it and ignored EVERYTHING I asked her to do. They should at least offer for someone else to correct it or give me my money back so I can have someone do it right.
