I struggled with leaving this review, but ultimately decided that potential clients should know that I had a scary experience at GHMS. While I was getting lip filler injections, Dr. Shah hit an artery. It is a rare risk of getting lip fillers, however, when you are part of the few it happens to, it is a scary experience. My biggest lesson learned was to do your research before undergoing fillers. Know the risks, know the experience and background of your injector, just as you might look into for other medical providers. Do your homework. So many people just leap into it without much thought – just like I did. I have now done my research and know what to be aware of.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called in today and stated I wanted 2 cancel my membership and never gave my name and the girl who answered the phone stated 2 me that the office manager wasn’t in. He is the one we who handles this.. so i hung up. And I go 2 ck my bank account this evening and notice i was charged a 250.00 fee .very unprofessional on this businesses part without the office manager contacting me to see if I really was sure on canceling my membership and 2 ask why I was unsatisfied I would not do business here with the unprofessionalism I obviously received is beyond me you run a business this way.I called in today and stated I wanted 2 cancel my membership and never gave my name and the girl who answered the phone stated 2 me that the office manager wasn’t in.
