Me and my sis got balayages a year ago and they still look so good! It was our first time getting our hair lightened. It was so nice and relaxing and fun. The atmosphere is calming with all the plants hanging. The two hair dressers we had were very good and had good attitudes.

Just prior to lockdown I found out that I had been having a very bad reaction to products that contain propylene glycol. This was after years and years of using products with that chemical in it, irritating my scalp and losing my hair Also during Covid many of us had the pleasure of seeing our natural coloring come through. I live out in the Princeton area but travel to Spring Lake to see Jackie @ Grow organic hair salon. They were running a special during lockdown and after reading reviews and investigating the products that they use I decided to give them a try. I have never looked back since and my hair and scalp have never been healthier. The products that they use are amazing, especially the shampoos and conditioners that they use and sell. They contain absolutely no propylene glycol. Yippee. Did I mention that Jackie also gives a great haircut and on occasion I also get a glaze. She just did a keratin treatment for me a couple of weeks ago and none of their products have irritated me. I come in with tons and tons of ideas and pictures and she patiently go through every single one with me. Her professional attitude comes shining through as she guides me to the hairstyle that would be best suited for my hair type and face shape. I highly recommend the ladies at the salon if you are looking to take the best care of your hair
