She took out the time at the beginning of the appointment to understand what I’d like for my hair and my concerns and then she was so nice and explained what’s the best process to get to what you want as your final look while keeping your hair super healthy. I was quoted over the phone BY THE OWNER, $55 for a highlights touch up as well as 50% off because it is a new place. When I got there, the beautician would not honor the $55 I was quoted or the 50% off. I was charged $75 for the service. The place was nice, the beautician was experienced in doing hair, over all, I am disappointed with the poor customer service.
