I just had the most horrible experience at this Grovetown nail and spal salon.. I went in to get my nail soaked off because one of my own was broken. I explained to the tech that my nail was broken that my finger hurt, he did not care.. he wanted to use the electric file on my already hurt finger instead od just letting me soak … when I wouldn’t let him use that file on my finger he refused to do anything else. What happened to compassion? Just mean !!!!

Great place! Super well staffed, and super clean! I didn’t wait at all, and I even had two people working on me, when they could. They take great care to make sure you’re comfortable, and they have a huge, beautiful (and organized!) polish selection. They also have vegan spa options, if that’s something that’s important to you. Pretty reasonably priced services as well. Really enjoyed this place, will definitely be back!!

Save your money! The gel polish looks as if a child did them! When I expressed my dissatisfaction the male employee told me “ooo well he didn’t care.” This further explains why all of the chairs were available on a Friday evening. Never again! Pedicure
