First time going here as a Christmas gift from my daughter when I was visiting from MN. It was amazing. Loved the atmosphere, and the staff were very professional. The heated massage table was a pleasant surprise. My massage was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to come back for more visits. Told my daughter I’m getting her and her husband a couples massage for Valentines Day.

Grove Spa and the entire staff should get a 10-star rating if it were an option. From the time you walk in the front door you are greeted with a smile. While I’m sure all the therapists are great, Casey is mine and he is caring, always checking to make sure you are comfortable. When it’s hard to get into a place that usually says one thing about them….they are AWESOME !

The day before my scheduled appointment for their dermabrasion-peel package they called and told me their new policy is if it’s been over a year since I’ve been in (and it was), I have to be “approved/given the okay” by the aesthetician and the approval included a $140 facial. Now mind you, I had been in several times in the past for this package & I didn’t need “approval”. It was outside the cancellation window and they had my credit card info to charge me if I canceled or didn’t show up. I went ahead on in and the expensive facial was lovely, but not worth $140. The fact that I needed approval that cost $140…by someone other than myself is absurd. I will never go back.
