Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBought my mother a $105 gift certificate on their website for Christmas. She went today to get partial massage and Rebecca was horrible!! My mom asked for a pillow to be more comfortable and this “professional” was rude and condescending to my mother! Hardly relaxing! Rebecca then couldn’t find or figure out how to redeem the digital gift certificate and said she needed time to figure it out and again was being mean and rude! My mom was so upset by the time she left and she is refusing to go back for the rest of the services! Learn to use your products and don’t take it out in your customers!!! Avoid this place!! Bought my mother a $105 gift certificate on their website for Christmas. She went today to get partial massage and Rebecca was horrible!! My mom asked for a pillow to be more comfortable and this “professional” was rude and condescending to my mother! Hardly relaxing! I was 6 weeks out of surgery. He worked weekly on my shoulder, I progressed each week and I strongly feel he played an important role in my recovery.
