The vibe here is so relaxing. You walk in and almost immediately feel calm. It’s quiet, smells amazing and not too dark or too bright. Lila gets all the details down. Her voice is soft and reassuring. She lets you initiate conversation, if I’m feeling extra introverted I don’t feel pressure to talk. That being said, she’s very easy to talk to. Clean, professional, attentive. She really is the best. When I make an appointment for a treatment, I wanna be able to trust that my voice will be heard. Having to be overly assertive to get the treatment you want isn’t always worth it. With Lila, you don’t have to worry about that. She’s very attentive. You can tell she really cares.
