Brought in my almost 4 yo. It was a great in and out experience. The lady who cut his hair was patient and very sweet (I believe she is Asian but didn’t catch her name). The place was very clean and much better than another place I went to. Will def recommend! Great job! Haircut

Took my 1 year old boy and my 2 year old girl here today 3/20/22 and it’s just an ok place. Was shocked when they put my 2 year old in the pink car and it was still dirty with hair from a previous cut, the lady who cut her hair was nice, but the cut itself is bad. Just wanted a trim and to even it out as she’s never had her hair cut before. It’s definitely not even so it was a complete waste of my money and time with her. Another lady cut my 1 year old sons hair was good. She was patient and quick. Looks good, a few missed spots but he’s 1 and wasn’t really into the clippers so it’s understandable. I don’t think we’ll be bringing them back to this location since it didn’t seem clean to us and my daughter couldn’t even get her hair evened out like requested. Not worth the prices they charge for a cut and it not even be done correctly. You win some, you lose some. Hopefully the Rockwall location is better.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day…I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there were just so many things. First, it says walk-ins welcome. We walked in and were given attitude about not having an appt. We were leaving on a trip the next day, so we were ok with waiting and being patient and had hours before close. Unfortunately, we saw 3 people come in after us who were told they’d never have enough time in the rest of the business day to get to them. There were 2 stylists working and one secretary/helper. One stylist had totally botched a little girls’ hair and the other had to keep going over to help fix it. Children kept coming and the one stylist (who may have been in training) was able to take little boys and do a pretty good job, but did not appear to know how to trim girls’ hair. Of course, I’m here with my daughter. The trainer started on my daughter, then was called back over to the trainee’s chair for advice and fixing again. The trainee was then assigned tasks to perform on my daughter until the trainer could come back. She reached a stopping point and we opted to just wait until the trainer was available to finish. Obviously, this took a good long while. Overall her hair looked ok. There were areas a little longer than others, places where her hair was probably tucked in behind her ear, but I felt like I could fix the rest at home. The kicker was that the total for this trip was $40! I guess I’m just a little shocked that anyone in this role, charging this amount of money, hasn’t finished cosmetology school. Maybe if there was a discount for training cuts or a warning that they were training, I wouldn’t have been so shocked, but the whole experience was overwhelming and overpriced. Thank goodness for the trainer who was kind and truly trying her best.

Absolutely love this location, we have been taking our kids here for 2 years. The hair stylists are always wonderful with my kiddos. They have a great variety of TV shows, game consoles and ways to keep the children entertained for their haircut.

My son has been going here for years and is only five. For some reason he has never liked getting his hair cut. The women here always are so patient with him and so good no matter how much he cries. Today he had Miss Kathy. She did an amazing job and it was actually the first time he didn’t scream. Miss Christina was awesome as well trying to help distract him. Thank you for your continued patience and professionalism.

What a gem of a shop. In particular, Kathy is a real life angel. My son is a bit sensitive and had a traumatic haircut somewhere else (not their fault). I had vowed just to let his hair grow, but he asked to have it cut. I brought him here without an appointment. Not only did Kathy take the time to help him feel comfortable, but she won him over and he let her cut his hair! To say she went above and beyond is an understatement.
