My son had a great experience here. The barber was very professional, kind and attentive. He listened with patience as my 10 year old told him how he wanted his hair cut. It was very much a collaboration because the barber kept checking in with my son, asking him if the way it was going was ok. My son has had some bad experiences and usually cries most times he gets home from the salon. This was hands down the best experience. My son was seen, heard and respected. We’ll be back!

This shop has a great atmosphere, offers amazing services at reasonable prices, and they remember and take care of regular customers. This shop is also inclusive and tolerant of the diverse community in this area and knows how to take care of everyone. There aren’t many salons in the Pioneer Valley that cater to and specialize in men’s services, but thankfully Groom opened and is much better than anyone else. This is the best barbershop in the area hands down. This shop has a great atmosphere, offers amazing services at reasonable prices, and they remember and take care of regular customers. This shop is also inclusive and tolerant of the diverse community in this area and knows how to take care of everyone. Perfect cut. Been to the high end hipster-chic barbers in NYC and never got a cut, cleanup, and conversation as solid as Kari gave me here at Groom. This is my new spot. Super cool vibe, clean and new with high-end products and equipment and comfy chairs. Stylists take care of you as if you were paying $150 for the cut but its $25. A steal for the experience and professionalism their barbers have. I left with a perfectly razor-clean neck line and a fresh and relaxed feeling.

Came in quick just to get my side shave touched up. This shop is super cool looking. It offered a great relaxed vibe for everyone there during my time. I even witnessed the barbers being great with a young child who does not like haircuts and they still got a great cut done on him! I can’t imagine there being a more swanky place for guys to go to get pampered and groomed. Highly recommend!!!
