Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo, a woman named Karrie who has been a hair stylist for 30 plus years trimmed my short haircut the other day only using shears, I was very happy with my haircut until I got home only to realize there were a lot of long hairs remaining around one ear so I get even closer and see there’s a huge chunk taking off out as well that is so noticeable I don’t understand how I didn’t see it before, probably because I wasn’t wearing my glasses. I called her back to see if there was anything she could do to fix it and she told me to go see somebody else because she was leaving for the day. So, a woman named Karrie who has been a hair stylist for 30 plus years trimmed my short haircut the other day only using shears, I was very happy with my haircut until I got home only to realize there were a lot of long hairs remaining around one ear so I get even closer and see there’s a huge chunk taking off out as well that is so noticeable I don’t understand how I didn’t see it before, probably because I wasn’t wearing my glasses. I called her back to see if there was anything she could do to fix it and she told me to go see somebody else because she was leaving for the day. Never going back there ever!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in just to get my hair trimmed. I told her I like my length but I was okay with however much needed to be taken off because I know it was damaged and that I had straight across bangs that I needed trimmed but I liked them covering my eyebrows and just barely above my eyes. When I was done one side was way longer than the other, my bangs were short and uneven (level with my eyebrows wet, and above them once they were dry), and she bluntly cut my hair not taking into consideration the layers I already had so all of those damages ends were left untouched. I never leave reviews on anything but I am very disappointed with how my hair turned out and I had to make an appointment elsewhere to fix those mistakes asap.
