Got a hair cut the other day and it was ok but not what I asked for, I brought a picture and showed it to the lady but she barely even looked at it. She pretty much cut my hair straight across and said all set. When I get my hair done which is very rarely I like it to be an experience. I like them to talk to me and style it when their done. That way I feel like they wanted me there and I know it looks good when I walk out. Probably will find somewhere else to go in the future since this place seems to be going down hill.

I received a wash cut and style today Monday Feb 14th. When cashier cashed me out she said 38 dollars. I paid gave her 3 more dollars plus the 2 left from 40. Told her I needed my receipt. Which said 23 dollars, she said she didn’t know why it only said that, I replied that the till would be off, she said no it won’t be. My problem is this isn’t my first cut here, and 23 is my normal amount. And I’m sure she is making extra money at the cost of salon. It was at 11:20 when I was there.

I was looking for reviews on Walmart salons and found reviews for Grondin’s which impressed me a great deal. Every good experience reported is emphatically true in every way. Tonya cut my hair as though she read my mind. I have never been more delighted with any other stylist. Hubby came with me and Liz took great care of his cut and his military discount. We will be back often!

Grondins is a clean Salon and all of the stylists there at this time are nice. Prices are reasonable. Tonya is a friendly and great hair stylist. She listens to what you ask for, but will also give you input. She does consistent work and that pleases me. If you’re looking for a good stylist give her a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueA stylist fried my hair which left me with hair that was falling out. All they offered me was to come back for them too fix it. I lost so much hair I was afraid to go back there in fear that I would lose even more. The manger said she would call me back on this and never did. Both the stylist and the manager just apologized for me not liking it (who does like their hair to fall out?!). The stylist and manager never offered solutions for me to care for it either.I ended up having to get 6 inches cut off my hair because it was so damaged and a lot of pieces were down to an inch. I’m out $150, I had to pay another $180 elsewhere in order to have someone fix THEIR mistake, and I lost almost all of my hair! I have been going to Liz for highlights and cuts for years. She does a great job and is very friendly. Many of my other family members have her do their hair as well. I like that Grondins offers coupons and has a frequency card. Highly recommend!
