Critical: ProfessionalismManager was very rude when I walked in with my 2 young children, she states that she was exhausted and was just about to close up shop for the night. (Half hour early) We came in looking for 2 haircuts during business hours and were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. She let out a big sigh, complained that she had a bad day, is short staffed and has back pain. I said we could just go elsewhere and all of a sudden she had time for us. Her tone, attitude and the painfully obvious fact that she didn’t care to be there was awful. Will never return based on customer service alone. Manager was very rude when I walked in with my 2 young children, she states that she was exhausted and was just about to close up shop for the night. (Half hour early) We came in looking for 2 haircuts during business hours and were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. Absolutely fantastic. The two hairstylists (Becky and Michelle) managed to handle four children between the two of them in just 20 minutes and everyone looked wonderful. Would highly recommend.
