Took my mom here today to get her hair done for her mothers funeral, and she had it done and it was way to gold. Lisa tried to fix it but it literally looked the exact same. They didn’t offer money off her service and it costed her over $100 for just her roots to be done. Now my moms hair is as gold as can be and looks beyond awful. They offered a free highlight however my mother doesn’t feel comfortable having the same lady so it again just to hate it again since she messed it up twice already, and hardly had the time as it was this week while preparing for the funeral. We asked for a partial refund instead and they said no. I just wanna make others aware that if they mess up their service they won’t refund even though it was their fault. She was chatting the entire time and her husband came in and she was talking with him and losing track of time, it was very unprofessional especially the things they were discussing in front of clients. Never will we go here again and now I have to take my mom somewhere else and she’s out that money. Absolutely ridiculous. They seriously let her walk out looking like a carrot top! She told them no gold and Lisa did the opposite and didn’t even do a client consult.
