The last 2 times that I have gone in here it has been a bad experience. Everyone’s always super friendly which is why I’m still giving two stars, but the last time i had to pay for the 2 different colors that got put in my hair. Red and purple. I specifically said when I was discussing that I wanted red and purple in my hair that my hair would need to be bleach to get the purple to show up.The woman doing my hair insisted that it would not need to be bleached first so she did not.I walked out with red and darker red hair absolutely no purple. I still had to pay for two colors though.

Tried to do a walk in here today get a quick trim. When we arrived there were 3 ladies working. One went to the back, came out and was leaving. The other two did have clients in their chairs. After one was finished, she took payment. Nobody ever even acknowledged we had even came in. They looked directly at us multiple time. Never even smiled. Obviously they didn’t need or want our business. We’re now at Supercuts and the ladies here are welcoming and friendly.

Apparently, the trim took all of 3 minutes, she did not even it out at all. He has area that look like weren’t touched at all. He has area that look like weren’t touched at all. I was really desperate for a hair cut and they were easy to schedule with, and it was really cheap. However, she didn’t do a very good job. I had a whole layer of hair that was untouched and the back was crooked. The condition of my hair was back to it’s rough state about a week or so after.

I’m a spontaneous person – I went to Grondins simply because it was open and cheap. I have never been more happy with a haircut! I showed the stylist, Wanda, a few similar pictures but said I couldn’t decide which I wanted because I had decided to go short last minute and she said “How about something in between” so I put my trust in her and she whipped out my perfect haircut in 20 minutes! Thank you so much! I think I finally found my go-to stylist (something I’ve never been able to do)

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for a bang trim (I don’t have bangs but just wanted to trim my face frame a TINY bit). I was charged double the amount of a bang trim even though I was in the seat for three minutes and only the front few strands of my hair were touched. I could have literally done it myself.
