I went in for an eyebrow wax and 3 stylists were working. Never acknowledged so I signed in and sat down. One stylist was cutting hair, one was finishing applying a color, and one was sitting down talking to her client while a color was processing. I sat down and waited and after about 10 minutes the phone rang, one one the stylists answered. I got up and asked if it was normal to not be acknowledged for 10 minutes – one said my back was to the door, another said she didn’t see me sitting where I was (but saw me come in) and the third never said anything. I was told it’d be a few minutes so after another 10 minutes, I was finally called back for an eyebrow wax – I didn’t receive any kind of apology or thanks for waiting – nothing. This is not the first time I’ve walked in and walked out without any kind of acknowledgment. There is a bell on the door that can be heard when you walk in. Not happy with experience at all.

Horrible customer service and they didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. The manager was very rude and could not seem to get her employee to be respectful let alone herself. My hair is nothing like what I asked for CLEARLY. And when I was clearly upset with it I didn’t get asked if anything needed to be fixed and I got charged extra for the ‘extra hair length’ that she cut off WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Will NOT be coming back here.

Went in to get my hair trimmed and the first person did not listen to what I said and just took a razor to my hair, literally freaked me out and then she kept saying it was my fault! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am so angry. I just brought my daughters in to get their hair cut tonight, and the lady messed up both of their cuts. My younger daughter’s hair was crooked and can be fixed by a competent hair dresser with a shorter cut, but she completely butchered my 14 year olds hair. We told her she was growing it out (from a pixie cut) and showed her a picture of chin lengh hair as a goal for down the road, and the lady cut it really short. Now my daughter had to start growing it out all over again. To make matters worse, when I told the lady her hair was not what we asked for, and was way too short, the lady became rude and defensive. There were no apologies or attempts to correct anything, and she was angry that I didn’t like the cut. She argued with me that it looked fine and told me my daughter liked it (which she actually hated), then she slammed the receipt down on the counter for me to sign. We will never be back. She took the red out of my hair in a couple of sessions by stripping it out and made a beautiful transformation. She does hard work and is dedicated to her work. She really cares about her clients.
