Critical: QualityDescribed the cut I wanted in exact detail.. stylist told me, “you’re trying to make me work” then proceeded to give me possibly the worst cut I’ve ever had. Described the cut I wanted in exact detail.. stylist told me, “you’re trying to make me work” then proceeded to give me possibly the worst cut I’ve ever had. Nothing was blended and missed a bunch. Nothing at all as I had described to her, then found out she was the manager. First and last time visiting. Sat in the waiting area for almost 10 minutes without acknowledgement aside from HI just to find out the other employees were in the back and I, as they put it “interrupted lunch”

Critical: QualityI got highlights here and felt like something was odd almost immediately. I was turned away from the mirror the entire time and couldn’t see what the hair stylist was doing. Once it was done, the red I picked out was a little too orange, the blonde wasn’t blonde enough, like it hadn’t been left in long enough. Upon first glance – aside from the color – it seemed alright, but then later when I had the chance to look in a mirror, I noticed that she had not gotten the dye close to my scalp. You can clearly see a good chunk of my brown roots and it’s extremely noticeable on the blonde highlights because it just looks like straight lines. I said I also wanted layers and not chunky ones because it doesn’t look good in my hair and she just put in huge chunky layers in the back. I got highlights here and felt like something was odd almost immediately. I was turned away from the mirror the entire time and couldn’t see what the hair stylist was doing. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo yourself a favor, and DO NOT GO HERE!! I read the very first review on here, from Angel a year ago, and it sounded EXACTLY like my experience there today. So obviously nothing has changed in a year. Worst wax job I’ve ever had done, I had to go home and pluck everything she missed!! Such terrible service and charged 20$ for a lip and eyebrow wax, RIDICULOUS! I will not be returning and will make sure to share my bad experience with others. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT GO HERE!! I read the very first review on here, from Angel a year ago, and it sounded EXACTLY like my experience there today. So obviously nothing has changed in a year. Worst wax job I’ve ever had done, I had to go home and pluck everything she missed!!
