Made an appointment to get my 7 year old daughter’s haircut a few weeks ago. We have visited the Klumac location a couple times and was always pleased with her hair and experience. This time, however, was way different. Vickie was her stylist. Dry cut, took her maybe 5 minutes then tried to charge me $45! I can understand if maybe a cut, shampoo and blow dry was involved but that’s outrageous. Not to mention once we got in the car I noticed her hair was crooked. I was only ever charged $25 at the other location which I was expecting as this location. I would think it wouldn’t have been different nor was the pricing ever communicated before her hair was cut. We will not be back.

Greystone on my favorite place to go to relax in the Salisbury area. The staff always make you feel welcome and gives great services not matter what it is: hair, nails, facial, etc.

First haircut in years. Feels good to have the ends trimmed and everything evened out. Very nice staff. Good environment, no complaints. I would have gone to Salisbury Salon but scheduling didn’t permit. It is good to have options in town and I don’t feel I was “stepping down” in any way, just a different option that fit my timing.

My husband made me appointment here for my birthday! I was super nervous but everyone made me feel at “home”. From the time I was there to the time I left (which might I add I was there from 11:30 -5:20) I was treated so well!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI receive my first set of classic lashes at the spa and I loved them. After less than 24 hours a bunch of lashes fell out. I called the spa and asked if I could come in to replace what came out and the receptionist said she would give me a call back to let me know next steps. Never received a phone call! After two weeks went in for refill again loved the lashes. My next Two week appointment came up and stylist was Unavailable due to vacation so I made my appointment on week three. When my appointment came I called before arriving to inform them that all my lashes that came out. She then told me that it would be the original cost for a full set. I explain to her this was not told to me during original consultation. They said that you would only have to pay 150 for first full set one time then A certain amount for whichever week you returned. Receptionist said she would have stylus call me to tell me if I should come in for appointment. Never received a call. I’m disappointed due to the amount of money spent on lashes and the lack of communication about “a fill in”! Not sure why no one could return my call twice. There is definitely a difference between the spa on Main and the spa in shopping center. Lacking professionalism and appreciation for customers.I receive my first set of classic lashes at the spa and I loved them. After less than 24 hours a bunch of lashes fell out. Love these ladies. Leela is your go-to for lashes and nails. Lee Anne is fantastic as well. Jess is terrific for a fresh cut or adding some color to your style. Both locations are good but I prefer this one.

Vicky is phenomenal she does a great job with my husband and my hair. She allows us the time we need to explain what we want. We never feel rushed and walk out with the cut, color and style we want. Meg the massage therapist is also a miracle worker. I struggle with chronic pain and she has been able to target the problem and alleviate my pain. Worth every penny.

Very sweet staff (I had forgotten my hairdresser’s/hair stylist’s name, apologies), and I really loved the haircut. I think they mostly use Aveda, but there were a few other products listed on the site. The style (voluminous) had actually kept for a few days after and would definitely suggest, especially for more wavy~looser curly hair leaning people (2cish).
