I walked in from the rain and directly in front of me was what looked to be a sign in sheet and so I proceeded to attempt to sign in and i was quickly cut of by a very rude woman. it was a mistake i didnt realize it was an apointment book, this place was walk in for years and now you need an apointment. I left and went straight to Hayward Barber right around the corner and got the best haircut of my life from the owner Evin. On the way home I decided to call Greys Barber Shop and let them know how offended I was from my sign in mistake and wouldnt you know it the same rude woman answered the phone! after trying to politely let her know how i felt she snapped at me right away making me feel like I broke the law by trying to sign in on her apointment book and then after a few choice words she hung up on me! Grey’s lost a customer from that, never again will step foot in the place!
