Positive: QualityI found Grey Butterfly on IG and after reaching out to Tahira I decided to use her to host a bridal shower for a friend that was getting married. Great experience, she offered several different services at a great price. There were 10 of us and we were able to enjoy the services, eat, drink, and celebrate with the bride all in a comfortable space. Great for girlfriend gatherings, couples or anyone looking for a relaxing experience. We were all masked up and the Norcross location was a clean beautiful space. I found Grey Butterfly on IG and after reaching out to Tahira I decided to use her to host a bridal shower for a friend that was getting married. Great experience, she offered several different services at a great price. There were 10 of us and we were able to enjoy the services, eat, drink, and celebrate with the bride all in a comfortable space. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI purchased two virtual classes with kits back in April 2019 for teeth whitening and vsteam. I never got the kits till a year later and I never received the certifications. The quality of the virtual classes were choppy and not clear, and I don’t have access to them anymore! I wish I knew what I know now about this business and the poor customer service. I just want to get my certifications and finally offer my clients these services I’ve invested in. Shame on me but just recently March of this year I’ve decided to get more merchandise for them on the 15th and I still haven’t gotten my order nor did they attempt to fill it. I purchased two virtual classes with kits back in April 2019 for teeth whitening and vsteam. I never got the kits till a year later and I never received the certifications.
