Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot a hair cut and highlights, Had to have it redone because it wasnt at all what I wanted. It was the same as my base color. Then the second time it still was the same. Then they tried to blame me for the results. I contact professionals and they said its just the way they processed it. Needed to be reapplied to the parts that never took. I have had my hair highlight many times in my life and never had this issue.Then Gretchen was hostile with me when I asked for a solid color to cover up the mistake. I walked out upset and my hair wet. They never once offered to give my money back. I lost 90 dollars. I dont recommend going there. You always have someone different working on it.
