My experience with Gretchen for a curly cut was AMAZING! Booking an appointment with the salon was quick and easy (and they graciously accommodated a last minute schedule change). Gretchen was immediately so friendly and personable at my appointment. She asked me detailed questions about my routines and made helpful suggestions. Gretchen is AMAZING. I cannot say enough about her and about L. Roth Salon. I have always had a hard time getting my hair cut due to being a hijabi (I wear a religious head covering) and when I called to enquire about what sort of accommodations can be made, Gretchen and the salon were more than amazing. Not only did Gretchen stay after closing time so that it’s only us in the salon, but she was so great and respectful about the whole ordeal. I got the devacut as a new guest and it’s just incredible. I learned so much more about my hair and Gretchen truly is amazing at walking you through what she is doing and making the whole experience a fun one. I cannot recommend her enough!
