Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI don’t like the new punch cards because if we lose them we lose out on our free massage after spending all the money to get one. I find this ridiculous and they need to have a better system or they will keep losing business. As well as the receptionist needs to be a little more kind when speaking to customers… thanks for making me feel worse in a place where we are suppose to feel our best. Way to go buddy.. this place is a joke.. all they care about is money.. I don’t like the new punch cards because if we lose them we lose out on our free massage after spending all the money to get one. I find this ridiculous and they need to have a better system or they will keep losing business. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy husband has been going to this place off and on for years what I mean is any accident he’s been involved in he goes to this place at the moment he’s going here just for massage due to a bad disc and recently his insurance just ran out from his car accident and the owner of this place is so awesome and tries to do everything to go above and beyond to help her patients there’s nothing bad I can say about this place Heather literally makes this place what it is it’s so professional so caring and just legit they really exceed any place I’ve ever been so if you need a masseuse or you need to be adjusted this is your place. And I must say that Angela is my husband’s favorite masseuse my husband likes a really deep deep tissue massage and unfortunately I was the one that was having to give him constant massages before he ended up going back to Angela here at this place and I’m so much happier because my carpal tunnel in my hands was not happy LOL but like I was saying Angela seems to know what she’s doing but I’ve also heard there’s tons of other people that are awesome as well obviously otherwise they wouldn’t be working there again Heather knows what she’s doing and always works with our schedule to schedule my husband and she’s just super duper sweet it’s hard to find a business owner that’s owned a business for a long time that still has compassion for their patients / customers so again if you’re having any kind of pain or need to be adjusted this is your One stop shop I am the type that will always give an honest review and unfortunately I’ve had to leave more than a few one-star reviews on different businesses so I promise you, you will not be disappointed with this place!!!
