Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first hair cut since January 2020 (thanks Corona!). I had heard good things about Gregg so decided to check him out. I walked in with thin, curly, frizzy hair with about 4-5″ just dead gross on the ends, told him I had a “hate-hate” relationship with my hair and didn’t care what he did to it. Basically, a nightmare. He looked at my hair, my face shape, asked me questions about my lifestyle (did it need to make a pony tail, do I wear it around my face or tucked back, what my hair care routine was …). He even googled the one product I use when I couldn’t remember the name very well! Then, he got to work. My hair is actually cute! the gross parts are gone, and it’s not frizzing out! He gave me tips that fit into my routine already to keep it from frizzing and feedback on the product I use, and one he thought would work better if I wanted to switch it out. Anyway, I’m very pleased and feel like he went above and beyond considering I literally gave him no direction. COVID info: he’s in a room in a larger salon, near the entrance. You wait in your car until your appointment is ready, fill out a COVID questionnaire, wear masks, and no one else is around. This was my first hair cut since January 2020 (thanks Corona!). I had heard good things about Gregg so decided to check him out. I walked in with thin, curly, frizzy hair with about 4-5″ just dead gross on the ends, told him I had a “hate-hate” relationship with my hair and didn’t care what he did to it.
