My second visit to this location was amazing. I had a DiamondGlow facial with MaryAnn, and it was wonderful. She analyzed my skin, and based off that- chose was serum and mask to use on me. She also gave me some great recommendations for the skincare lines they have, and gave me samples of the ones she used on me. I will certainly be returning soon to purchase my favorites. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially the district manager, Trish, who I had the pleasure of speaking with. You can tell she takes so much pride in her work. I can’t wait to go back for another facial and some products.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the takeover of MedSpa 1064 by Greenwich Medical Spa. I have been a loyal customer of MedSpa 1064 since 2019. I’ve gotten Botox injections regularly over the last 3 years, and I booked another Botox appointment with Dr. J several weeks ago that was supposed to be this Friday (two days from now). After receiving multiple promotional emails from Greenwich Medical Spa, I (thankfully) had the idea to call and ask if pricing had changed. It had: Botox is no longer priced by the unit, but by the area. What normally cost me $365 would have cost $770 ($385 x 2 areas…glabella + frontalis). I’m disappointed that the staff wasn’t transparent about this when I booked my last appointment, and the 50 promotional emails Greenwich Medical Spa has sent out should have included this information. I would have been angry to find this out after my treatment. I also would have been angry if I drove all the way to my appointment just to have to cancel it based off pricing.

For my 50th Birthday I decided to purchase two treatments to lift my drooping jowel lines with dermal fillers. During my consultation, I was told to do botox to lift on forehead and eyes crows feet and do a filler near the smile line area. So I spent around $1800 for both treatments to receive the desired result they assured me I would receive which was not the case. After the second filler treatment, I was not happy with the results so Dr. Janiszewski, owner, said to meet with him next and he said I required more filler in my cheek bones to lift the area which he did complementary. I was still not happy and returned to the office again. I wanted to be compensated because I didn’t see any improvement and close friends didn’t see it either so I knew it wasn’t just me. When I returned to the office for a 4th time he said the filler didn’t take on me which is rare for this to happen to his patients and in order to fix my issue I needed a face lift. I was motified and emotionally distraught for months. I overpaid for a service I didn’t receive a benefit from…not even a noticeable difference and for $1800 I should have been compensated for the service or given complimentary botox but instead I received a face full of filler with no compensation and a very large credit card bill to pay off. I will not return to this office and do not recommend Medspa 1064 in Glastonbury. This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life but wanted to warn others before spending your time and money. Every time I make a payment on my credit card bill I get physically ill. My advice, is embrace your age and all the imperfections that come with it!

The staff at Medspa was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest starting with the two beautiful ladies in the reception area. They were very patient with me and went over all the services they provide. At one point we started talking about the importance of sun sunscreen and one of the ladies went to the back and made me a sample of a sun blocking sunscreen to take home and she wrote down the ingredients tthat I needed to look for in my current sunscreen. When I went back for my consultation Kelsey and Sasha were so honest with about reasonable results to expect after my procedure (very honest and did not try to sell me any dreams). They answered all my skin concerns (and I had a million) including concerns outside the reason for the consultation. They never tried to push any products on me (I asked them actually) and I found their prices surprising reasonable compared to what I have seen at other spas. Medspa1064 is very clean, and professional. The staff is amazing and very polite! But the reason I gave them 3 stars was due to the procedure. I had liposuction of the chin, and the results are barely noticeable. I was surprised to find out that the liposuction was done manually by the doctor himself while getting the procedure done. I would have not chosen this procedure if I was told this kind of liposuction was done manually.

I had thermage in March and as always, Dr. J and the staff were amazing. I’ve been coming to Medspa for 11 years and love every visit. I am so happy with my procedure and the results, as I am every time I go. They are so professional and you never feel rushed. The office visit is almost as wonderful as the results. Even with current restrictions, I never think twice about my safety since the quality of patient care is always exceptional. Can’t wait for my next visit!

The staff at Medspa 1064 is unbelievably professional, kind, and friendly. Dr. J does amazing work. He is honest about what look good/bad and pays very close individual attention to every patient that walks through his door. Gretta is a wonderful consultant who is always available to discuss your needs. She is educated on all of the care offered at Medspa 1064 and can guide anyone in the right direction. The desk staff, like Autumn and Cindy, are happy and loving and always willing to accommodate if something should come up with an appointment. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, bright and airy with lots of great products to try and buy if you want. I can’t say enough good stuff about Medspa 1064. I send all of my friends and family here. From microderm to Botox to laser hair removal and beyond I have seen Dr. J and his accredited staff perform great work on so many people in the community. Go. You will be so glad you did!!
