I came here for a massage with David. It was fairly easy to make an appointment but they had limited availability even for a few weeks out. A few days before the appointment, they had to reschedule the appointment but, they noted they were flexible. David was very businesslike and had a no-nonsense personality. The custom massage felt good and he focused on my problem areas. My only qualm is that David left a few times during the massage and it started late (even though, I was there early). I felt since that happened, the appointment should be extended to accommodate that.

My mom and I went for a deep tissue massage bought from Groupon. We waiting a month to get an appointment, but we didn’t mind. The place is clean and nice. Once we got there, we didn’t wait long and on to the massage. The massage was great, he knew exactly which pressure points to hit. We will definitely go in the future.

Critical: ProfessionalismAccused of not paying by the receptionist but when I asked her to specify which class I had not paid for (which was a simple query with the intention of paying once I understood what I’d missed, as opposed to a challenge) I was told that that was okay, she’d make a note of it and we will remember you. In other words, get out and don’t come back. I left speechless and actually never went back. I assume there was something I’d missed but I also suspect that the reaction towards my query was because I am black. But, maybe I didn’t miss a payment and she just wanted $20 off me? Whatever, I don’t know. I’ll never know. My son gave me a gift certificate to Greenhouse Holistic. I received a 90 minute Swedish massage. David massaged every inch of my body knocking out bumps, lumps, and kinks. He targeted my problem areas with his magic hands with precision. It was definitely the BEST massage I have ever had. I strongly recommend Greenhouse Holistic Spa.
