I made an appointment to see Dr Clemons My husband had a few cancer spots removed. I have a few spots I needed to have looked at. So I made the appointment and was all set to go. The day before my appointment the office called my husband and they told him they were canceling my appointment because they don’t take my insurance. This makes them look Stupid because I have the same insurance as my husband and they took him without a problem. This was so Un professional and I would Love to know the Real reason why they did that. I have found a Better Dr and I would Not recommend this office to anyone. That was Rude and so Unprofessional. I don’t have time to deal with people like this. They need to remember the patients are what gives them a Pay check!

1 star for Dr. Clemons for a visit around Jan/Feb 2020, I was 5 minutes late and he was super rushing the whole time and made a comment about it. I just did not feel comfortable as he was giving me a quick examination, asked me to show him all my skin, (in which they didn’t have the proper paper drape and paper shirt for like they do at an OBGYN for women), I was handed a small drape to cover my entire body up with, & all I came there for was to show him a dark spot on my face. He commented they see naked people all the time. I didn’t feel comfortable in the little drape I was handed to wear and felt so exposed. I think there was even an intern with him that morning plus his nurse. I asked him about a dark that had suddenly appeared and had gotten larger over the past couple of years on my face & he basically brushed off my question and did not address the issue at all. Therefore, I made an appointment with the JC facility once I heard the doctor there use to work at The Mayo Clinic!! I got a better result last summer from the JC office! The cosmetic lady I see in Greeneville is really nice and friendly. I just refuse to see Dr. Clemons again. My next yearly appointment I made with Dr. Dale at the JC location.

The Doctor was incredibly rude. The Office staff and nursing staff were kind and were obviously having a hard time dealing with him themselves. I miss Dr. Reid. I walked out without even letting him complete his exam.
