I see most reviews for this business are mostly for men’s cuts, so let me review my woman’s cut. I got a simple layered cut without any other services. I was very happy with it and with Amal, one of the owners, who did it. She was skilled, friendly, and fast. I did have to wait about 30 minutes on a Sat. since she was the only one doing women’s cuts. The only reason I give this 4 and not 5 stars is because the price was much higher than the franchised hair stylist businesses out there. It was ok for me, though, because this is a locally owned business!

Great family owned hair salon/barber shop. I used to live in Old Greenbelt and could walk here but now I live in DC and I still prefer to go here for my haircut because there is usually a short wait or no wait when I go after work.
