So first and foremost let me state that I have been getting Brazilian wax for over a decade. I have seen it all and experienced it all. This place is gold!!! Jessica was AMAZING. My regular place was shut down after Covid, like many places, and I refused to go to any random spa. Based on their reviews, and my desperation level I decided to give this place a shot. And OMG, customer service A+, extremely accommodating. Pleasant, friendly and make you feel comfortable through the entire process. Technique of waxing is perfect! Unlike other places I have experienced, they actually know how to properly wax with minimal pain involved. I can honestly say it was one of the best, if not The best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever had. Thank you and I will be a regular forever!!!

I seriously love this place. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and it is the only place I will get waxed. The technicians are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The waxes last longer than traditional and are much less painful. I’ve been to all the other waxing chains and none of them compare to this little hole in the wall joint. You may miss it from the street but once inside its clean and peaceful. They have reasonable price packages which is a total bonus for the area.

I have been going here for waxing past 2 years. I first bought their coupon on Groupon and ended up buying a package of 8. They are clean and the pain is minimal. I have tried 3-4 places but found this works the best so far. I am yet to try their other services but have heard they are good. For the given locality they are not very expensive. The staff is very soft spoken and good at their job. One star less as the walk from station is a little too long in winter.
