Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst photo was the photo of reference shown to my stylist. Second photo is what was done to my hair. My husband called to complain and the phone was answered by Sage, the stylist who did my hair (she said her name when she picked up). She denied being the one to do it and said that the manager would call the next day to schedule a free redo. Never received the call back. I spent $100 to walk around humiliated and they couldn’t be bothered to call back to fix what they had done. Sage was a sweet girl and fun to talk to so I hate to leave this review, but this is unacceptable. My husband called to complain and the phone was answered by Sage, the stylist who did my hair (she said her name when she picked up). I walked in at 2:45 pm to buy a few Aveda hair products. I literally waited for 10 minutes and not one of the staff acknowledged me or at the very least nodded to say “ they saw me”. I have gotten my haircut here before and they were professional then. I left without my products and will not go back. I am very disappointed as this is a place I would have liked to support. Maybe Aveda company should know how these employees treat their customers? I guess they didn’t want my business or money. No problem. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I’ll make sure to share my story with others. Thanks for your time.

I just got a haircut by Jennifer and she did an awesome job. Loved the scalp massage. I wish I had asked to have her do my brows at same time but that was my fault. I would recommend her for a great haircut. Salon is clean and well organized.

Love the vibe here! Relaxing, yet fun, and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. Jessica, holding the place together at the front desk, and stylists Nicole, Katie, Mariah, Kathy, and the entire staff are awesome! Very collaborative environment which is so nice. Go get your hair and nails done here if you want a place that is calm, upscale and staffed with grownups. Oh, and Aveda products are amazing, cruelty free with no harsh chemicals, and smell yummy!

Very clean and lots of space. I’ve always been very happy with the services I’ve received at Green Envy. Their prices are very reasonable and they make you feel like you’re spending a lot more. I usually get my hair cut with Nicole H and she is great.

I was incredibly impressed when I visited the salon for the first time after it had changed over to Green With Envy. The atmosphere is even better than before, the product selection and quality is fantastic, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my haircut that I got. They also have facials, manicures, and several other additional services that added to my visit- I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!
