The lady who cut my hair pulled on it so bad with the comb and her hand she was basically ripping through my hair! It was painful and on top of that they’re rude! Even her attitude was unpleasant at the time of checkout! I’m not exaggerating, I came here about 5 years ago and got my hair yanked on as well. This is what I get for thinking they might have improved over the years.
