Was in from out of town from NJ for my godson’s wedding. Needed hair and makeup for myself and the mother of the groom. Lindsey, the salon manager was the definition of exceptional customer service! She accommodated our changing schedule, working with me after hours, made an appointment for us at Sephora when she could not arrange for someone at the salon (even used her own credit card for the deposit!) When I asked if mimosas were ok to bring on premise, she offered to arrange that for us as well! Absolutely amazing!! The staff was super friendly and if you want to look extra glam for a special occasion Jackie was awesome!!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party here and I received so many compliments for how much they enjoyed it and for how smoothly everything went. I worked with the manager, Lindsey, to coordinate two services each for the 9 of us, including nails, hair, facials and massages. We also got to use a private space in the back so I could setup snacks and drinks, and we had a place to relax and chat in between our appointments. My friends all raved about their services and the people they met with. None of us had been there before (I have been to the Foxboro location several times), but those who live in the area said they would go back.

I was nervous about booking because previous reviews were hit or miss, but the easy online booking got me. I had Naomi who was an absolute boss at giving me a textured bob situation. She made me feel confident in my choice and talked me through how to style it. We also had a great time just chatting about life. What a fun and relaxing Sunday morning. Also, the hair washing chairs recline, which I think is a must and underrated part of the experience. See you in two months!

We love Green Tangerine and have been coming here for years. Janida is amazing- she’s an artist with hair. My whole family comes here. Teen for a cut and colour streak, another teen for glamorous long locks cut, my mom to have her hair cut and blow dried – myself for the same. The space is airy, fresh and bright. The hair wash chairs are super comfortable and have a massage setting. The waiting area has magazines and beverages. They also carry a great selection of products and will recommend only what is right for you.

The worst customer service ever!! Inhumanity at its best. I didn’t cancel my appointment and they charged me $190 for the hairdresser time!! My daughter was in the ER that day and the least of my concerns was to cancel! I am a regular there and the manager, Mandy, the coldest/heartless individual on earth, didn’t want to cancel the charge despite explaining more than once my circumstances. In addition, they charged a card that they were never authorized to keep on file and said “it’s not our problem if you don’t check our website and read about our cancellation policy”! I was never told that 1- they’ll keep a card on file (my husband’s by the way)and 2- that they will charge me $190 for services I never asked for. They suggested that I come back and use the services booked and I should be very happy about that, usually they don’t offer to people to come back! Do they really think that I want to go back there? EVER?!

They lure you in with incorrect pricing – I was told my appointment for my 10 year old daughter would be $60 when I called to schedule. The receptionist even put me on hold to confirm the price. Well, when I went to check out they charged me $235!! I am so upset at this and will NEVER return to this salon. Excellent staff, both massage and facial were fantastic, they did a great job with my mom’s hair as well. one thing is that they did not mention the extra charges surrounding the hair cut/ coloring which were added on during the service, it would be good to let you know the price of the service you are suggesting that the customer add in as well.

Kate was GREAT! I’m always nervous to change salons when I move but Kate completely took away any nerves I had. She spent a lot of time figuring out the exact color that I wanted, especially because I was unsure myself. She recommended perfect products for my hair situation and took care to explain exactly how to use them. The cut was great as well. Cut, blowdry, and cutting after again to be sure everything was perfect. Really very, very pleased. So glad to have a new stylist in this area!
