Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called early in the morning to get an appointment. I was going to surprise my husband for his birthday. She told me to come at 3:00PM. Got there at 3, she told me that she was busy to come back in 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes she told me to come back in an hour. My husband and I got frustrated we went home. The only thing she kept saying “me busy, come back. I don’t speak english.” How can you run a business and not speak english.
