Tuina massage originated in ancient China and is believed to be the oldest system of bodywork. It’s one of the four main branches of traditional Chinese medicine. The goal of tuina massage is to create harmony in the yin and yang of the body by getting rid of blockages and disturbances that manifest as illness, disease, and emotional issues. During a session, practitioners use oscillating and pressure techniques that differ in force and speed. Tuina massage can be done as a stronger deep-tissue massage or a more gentle, energetic treatment.

No frills, friendly, good massage place. Walked in and got seen immediately. Clean, they wore a mask throughout, and I love the warm towels. I asked to focus more on the right side of my back bc I strained/pulled something there, and the lady did an awesome job on the knots in my neck and back. I feel so much better now!

The service was great! They might not be the fanciest place but it was very clean and relaxing. I was having a lot of discomfort in my shoulders and the lady massaging did an excellent job getting all that tension out and she was so patient and polite, and was okay with changing her style to fit my comfort level.
