Critical: QualityNot what I asked for. Poor quality to say the least. Lukewarm water for pedicure, did not remove ingrown toenail. He did not file my nails after he used the drill, so the nails were lumpy and uneven. I asked for a cancer zodiac star design, and the man who did my nails completely ignored what I said and put random colorful stars everywhere. I was in the shop from 1-30pm to 4:30pm. I left and came back within 5 minutes and asked the woman to fix them. She told me to come back at 7pm but they closed at 7pm. I went to another shop, and got them completely taken off. I can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a nail salon…. Sad to say I paid $93 but I will be attempting to get a refund. Ive been doing acrylics for over 30 years, and lived many places, this place is awesome! This is a beautiful, classy place, very nice people, love them, they do excellent work, and Michelle is a very good artist, i love her designs on my nails, her husband Daniel does a fantastic pedicure, everyone does a fantastic job.i would recommend this place as the best in town

Not impressed with the service, they offer no complementary drinks, they seem rushed to do my pedicure to get to the next person. Also the pedicure I asked for cost $55 and somehow they ended up charging me $60.

I would not recommend coming here first off my nails came out crooked, they did not take time to file them correctly like previous spa’s that I’ve been to in the past. I only tired this spa out because it was suggested to me NEVER AGIAN then the shape/ length of the nails is not what I asked for I asked for coffin and long I got square and medium size and to top it off by day three of having my nails my whole thumb peeled off and now my thumb nail feels sticky like it was coated to many times.

First it smelled like stale cigarettes and secondly, completely unsanitary. The guy kept using his phone and my daughter is 6. He wasn’t gentle with her and I’m 100% sure he never went to school to do nails. No way! They did not put plastic in the bowel with water. Never again! He ignored all my questions. Just sick!
