Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for over a year. The gel polish came off after a week this time. When I told the owner, he didn’t care at all. He didn’t offer anything to fix the issue or discount anything. He was rude even though he knows I’m a regular customer. I have even referred people to them before. I’ve been going here for over a year. The gel polish came off after a week this time. When I told the owner, he didn’t care at all. He didn’t offer anything to fix the issue or discount anything. He was rude even though he knows I’m a regular customer. I have even referred people to them before. Not only will I no longer refer anyone there again, I will not go there anymore either. Positive: Professionalism, QualityAmazing service! Despite coming in at 5 and getting multiple services done such as eyelashes, acrylic set and pedicure, they made me feel comfortable! They stayed even after they were closed and continued the service until complete, and didn’t rush the process. Amazing service! Despite coming in at 5 and getting multiple services done such as eyelashes, acrylic set and pedicure, they made me feel comfortable! They stayed even after they were closed and continued the service until complete, and didn’t rush the process. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey fit me in w a day notice for back to back services and a spot for my mom too. It took less than an hour for my acrylics that were coffin shaped and so beautifully done. It also took an hour for lash extensions and an eyebrow wax. My mom and I were out of there within 2 hours w nice nails, lashes and brows! The place was super clean and the staff was super friendly! Amazing customer service and quality products! They fit me in w a day notice for back to back services and a spot for my mom too. It took less than an hour for my acrylics that were coffin shaped and so beautifully done. It also took an hour for lash extensions and an eyebrow wax. My mom and I were out of there within 2 hours w nice nails, lashes and brows! The place was super clean and the staff was super friendly! They didn’t file my nail correct and the acrylic application was awful. In less than 5 days one the nails broke and came off. Overall I am not happy with the work which was not worth $55. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
