I got a massage from Matt, he was highly skilled and professional. His personable approach to the consultation part of the session established a good level of comfort and trust between us. The techniques he used are unique and different from anything else I’ve experienced. He makes sure to address all the areas of the body that can cause misalignment in the areas of concern. This is a therapeutic massage and requires a client to perform many motions as an assistance for the techniques the therapist is performing, so do not expect just to lay down and relax. Although, overall it’s a relaxing experience that would leave you feeling balanced out. You would regain some lost body motion and you would feel much lighter than before. I would be a regular from now on. I’m very happy with my discovery of this therapist.

Whilst holidaying in Cleveland I had an urgent need for massage treatment for a long standing injury. I had three treatments over 3 weeks and found Matt to be both professional and highly technical in his procedures. Time was never an issue with him – in fact my sessions usually ran overtime. What started as a fantastic afternoon at Green Massage Therapy ended in frustration and disappointment. I surprised my husband with a massage for his 41st birthday. When we arrived, we were treated great. The salon was clean, smelled amazing, and was extremely comfortable. The suite we were in was beautiful and the sauna room with the option to watch Netflix was awesome. The two employees that provided the massages did a fantastic job. Unfortunately that is where the good time ended for us. At the end of our time, while checking out, we were dismissed by the front desk employee after being overcharged. As she was trying to “correct” the situation she continued to make it worse. She did not seem to know how to work her computer system – and also wasn’t handling the stress of the situation well. She told me she would correct the charges and email over a receipt. Once I received the emailed receipt, I saw it was for an additional $117.00, so I called back (at this point I was on my 5th call to Green Massage Therapy) and asked to speak to the manager to ensure our money was refunded properly. I had to wait a full 24 hours before getting a call back to confirm we were only charged $138.00 Groupon price, and not the $397.00 plus tax that had been charged (according to the receipts that I had to beg for). I feel as if they did a great job “marketing” a relaxing experience – but unfortunalty it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had to PAY for in a very long time. This was nothing short of a lack of training and poor customer service.
