If you are a member of the LGBT+ community I would not recommend this place. They advertise couples massages, yet when I attempted to book, everything was going smoothly until I mentioned that my other person was female. All of a sudden I get an immediate call back about how the massage therapist does let do couples massages out of personal preferences and that the massages could still be done, but in separate rooms. Apparently she did not do them for “personal reasons” and it was not her “personal preference”. At first, I said okay to the suggested option, then thought about it and cancelled my reservation. It only takes common sense to read between the lines.

I was amazed by the customer service and how quickly they were able to see me, as I called an hour before my appointment. Diamond answered and booked everything over the phone. As I arrived I picked my tea, met my therapist Kristin and proceeded into the treatment room for a massage. I explained my concerns and we began the treatment. A spa is expected to be a place of relaxation but the environment does not offer such. The room I was placed in had a loud analog clock. Midway through the massage, I heard an entire conversation between another therapist and client about men and family in an adjacent room. There was chatter in the hallway between employees that persisted without regard to clients being serviced. All this took place in a “quiet zone” for the remainder of the session. As for the location, you will hear jet noise from the local air base which is uncontrolled but could be muffled with the investment of soundproofing. I was rather displeased that this place did not offer the tranquility of a spa. As for the service itself, Kristin did an amazing job.

Horrible experience. Wife bought me a massage here as a gift. Walked in feeling fine. Walked out in a hell of a lot of pain. That was this past spring. Ever since then they’ve been blowing up my phone with text messages and email advertisements. Last 24 hrs alone, my wife and I have each received 3 emails and 3 text messages. Annoying! Fix your marketing.

So i walked in the Spa and bought a gift certificate for Christmas, gift for my girlfriend. Was assured she will not get any notifications (she is a customer there already) because i wanted it to be a surprise on Christmas morning. That same day, she got an automated email from the Spa!!! GIFT RUINED!!! Talked to the owner (Katherine) in person today asking for either: refund, extra services or any type of compensation, just to be told NO! Said, she will not be a customer there any longer, still no refund. All they said is they are sorry and blamed their system. WHO NEEDS THEIR SORRY?! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DON’T CARE!!

Had a dermalinfusion facial appointment today and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing my skin looks/feels! Dawn truly cares about what she’s doing and it shows. Her knowledge in all things skin and her attention to detail really puts you at ease knowing you’ll be taken care of. Definitely booking with Dawn again soon!! And side note, the teas are so good, I got Tippy Amas? I think that’s what it’s called…anyways, tippy tea with honey is.. *chefs kiss*

I came here for my first ever massage! My massage therapist (I believe her name was Laurie or Laura) was amazing. She was very kind and focused on the areas I was concerned with. She also gave me advice to help with the tension in my shoulders/neck that I am always struggling with. I was also given the option to choose what kind of aromatherapy scent I wanted, which I loved because I am sensitive to some scents! Huge tea selection as well, I was given a complimentary cup along after my massage and it was a very pleasant way to finish the session. The staff was very welcoming and kind, not at all pushy with their VIP program either Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back here.

My husband scheduled an appointment for me to have a massage, facial and salt room therapy. I found out a week later that I was pregnant and right at 5 weeks. I got a call saying that I had to reschedule due to my pregnancy and the massage therapist that can only work with pregnant women not being available, cool. So comes my new appointment and they call me 30 minutes before to tell me that I have to be in my second trimester. Not only was my time wasted but I’m getting the run around about a refund. I’m a nursing student so my time is limited and I live all the way in western branch. I heard good things about this place but I would not recommend. Poor communication and customer service!

I visited the salt cave and it was amazing! I went with 2 friends and we spent 45 minutes in the cave. Then we received a complimentary tea which was awesome. I didn’t add sugar to it and I could taste the mango (mango turmeric tea). I was so relaxed after I wanted to go to sleep.
