I used to get my nails done here about 4 years ago. They were in a different location at that time. I never get my nails done but I had an opportunity to have some self care time and I was in the area. Their Peds are $30.00 for the basic and that’s the one I chose. The tech was rushing me from start to finish. I told them I prefer the pedicure and manicure done separately. (I don’t like when they do it while you are getting a pedicure because I had to stretch my arms across and it was uncomfortable). She kept saying everyone likes this and everyone else likes to get in and out quick. I said not me I come to relax. She wouldn’t do it the way I was comfortable so I chose not to get the manicure. I have never had such a poor Pedicure on my life. She was rushing through, she didn’t trim cuticles, polish was lumpy, and was nearly done when the girl next to me that was already getting hers done when I got there wasn’t even finished. They told me she was getting a different one. Fair but you should still get quality in what you are paying for. The tech said they were trying to go home early. Nobody was smiling and the place just had negative vibes. I called to speak with the owner and they refused to tell me when the owner is working. Won’t return and I suggest you go elsewhere.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI didn’t want to even post a review or mention anything but I feel like it needs to be said.I’m not asking for it to be fixed or anything I just wanted to point out the fact that after leaving the salon I, along with multiple people, agree that my nails just aren’t satisfactory and the design looks so awful. Critical: QualityDo not go here I went here as it was the only place that had availability. I can see why now.I went for a fill and just color on my toes.First. They charge extra for having to cut your toenails which I have never had happen.I asked for the pink gel for my nails to hide the natural nail underneath and they said okay only to later find out they dont have that. I had a lady named Kim and she was welcoming at first until she messed up my nail because she can’t paint and put way too much gel polish. I had to ask her like 3 times to refile because there was acrylic powder dripping off my nails and left the shape messed up. It took 2 hours just to get a new set. I have been here a couple times but I will not be going back again

The staff are rude and short towards the patrons. I hate my new set of white tip nails. She was annoyed that I wanted them short and more round instead of square. I will not be going back here nor do I recommend you going here either. I can’t wait for the two weeks to pass so I can have another salon fix these hideous set of nails. Written in 2016

They don’t use the foil to get the paint off she made me pick a darker color so she didn’t have to take off my dip. She was so fast and careless, I have cuts on 3 of my fingers which are now feeling infected, I might have to go see the dr.
