I have called twice and left messages to make appointments. The first time it took almost a week for someone to contact me. Too late. I found someone else. The second time, it’s been 3 weeks and no call. They ask you to tell them who your stylist is, but I don’t have one yet, of course, and said so. If I was a freelance hairstylist and heard an opportunity to get a new client, I would jump on it, but they don’t seem interested.

Since moving back to Ohio I’ve struggled to find a good hair salon. I had probably gone to 10 different salons and left disappointed every time. she didn’t get to doing my hair until 25 minutes after my appointment time and I had prom to get ready for, i had a tight schedule. and after she was done she still charged me $20 over what the website said it was going to be, she wasn’t even sorry for making me late. not happy.
