Critical: ProfessionalismI went into this location for a simple haircut. Immediately when I sat down the woman tells me my highlights look like someone at home did them, continued the entire time to tell me how terrible they look and it was one big sales pitch on how she can do them way better the entire time no matter how many times I said no thank you. She mentioned she has worked there for many years, so I guess that makes her feel entitled to insult customers and badger them. If insults and shame are this woman’s only way of getting sales I’m not sure how she’s been employed so many years. I would rather go somewhere else than sit in a chair being told my hair looks terrible for half an hour.Edited to add the email in the reply doesn’t work. I was in September 2nd. Immediately when I sat down the woman tells me my highlights look like someone at home did them, continued the entire time to tell me how terrible they look and it was one big sales pitch on how she can do them way better the entire time no matter how many times I said no thank you.
