I discovered this salon when we first moved to Flower Mound. I have two prosthetic hips so I’m very careful where I’ll go for a pedicure. Cleanliness is a top priority for me. This salon uses disposable bowl covers and clean tools for each client. They are welcoming and kind. I have seen it get crowded so there could be a wait even if you have an appointment. I try to go on off-days so I’ve never really had to wait. Five starts Great Nails!

I’m sorry for the hardships that’s happens in the previous months but that’s no excuse for the horrible experience that was received with myself, my daughter and friend for her birthday today. They were under staffed and the young boy that was bounced around between us seemed to be put into more than he could handle. With spending almost $200 for pedicures … was not worth the money. Worst pedicure ever in the 15 yrs living in this area.

I went here close to when they did the grand opening and was excited by the 30% off any service. For me when i go to a nail spa i except whatever i ask i should get. I filled out their service paper and at the bottom wrote toe design on the additional notes part. As she was finishing mine up i asked her for the toe design and she didnt give me one and just gave me a stupid excuse. Nice place and all but why should i go back if you can’t honor a simple request or have additional notes at the bottom of your service request if you dont do it.
