I have been here a couple times for a acrylic nails & a pedicure. The nails & pedicure were good. Each time I did have to wait past my appointment time. I made an appointment today for 12:15 online. I got to the salon and was given the color choices. I choose my color. I waited for 20 minutes and finally someone said can you wait a little bit. I said how long, she said 15 minutes. I said no, I made an appointment for 12:15. If I wanted an appointment for 12:45 I would have made it for 12:45. Had I stayed, I would have waited over 1/2 an hour for an appointment I made. People who make appointments should be allowed to keep their appointment times & not made to wait. I am giving them 2 stars just because the previous end product was decent.

Worst pedicure I have ever received…Anne seemed super rushed to get done with my pedicure. My toenails were cut but not filed down so they were super jagged I had to ask her to fix that several times and they’re still not smooth. The color that I have on my toes is nowhere near the color that I picked out and when I said something she said oh it will get darker and laughed.
